Madison Lintz, an American child actress and popular television star who rose to fame due to her role in the Walking Dead's horror drama series The Walking Dead. Madison gained notoriety as a child actress during the year 2010 due to her character in the TV show The Walking Dead. She played the part as Sophia Peletier. This role earned Madison an nomination in the Young Artist Award under the category of the Best Performance by a TV Series, Supporting Young Actress. Madison's mother was an actor who exposed her early on to the high-energy and glamour in the entertainment industry. Her first exposure to acting was by her mother when she was six. With time, her confidence grew. Her professional career started with commercials. The first time she was noticed for the Golden Corral commercial was aired throughout all of the United States. In 2011, she portrayed the role of Sophia in the television series The Walking Dead. After the success of the show the actors contacted her and she began performing in movies.
